Lead with Purpose: Students is a 10-week live online mentorship course designed to prepare young people for life beyond school — helping them grow in confidence, character, and leadership through timeless lessons from The Analects of Confucius. Led personally by James Kong, 79th-generation descendant of Confucius, this small-group programme gives students the mindset and life tools to succeed as they step into adulthood. Each two-hour session explores a principle of classical wisdom — from respect and discipline to courage and balance — and applies it to real-world challenges like communication, decision-making, and resilience. Through open discussion, personal reflection, and guided practice, students learn to lead themselves before they lead others — developing the confidence to speak clearly, the discipline to stay focused, and the integrity to succeed with purpose in whatever path they choose.
